With an impressive portfolio of public & private sector clients and commissions across a diverse range of projects from Sports, Retail, Leisure, Hotels, Residential and Commercial to Transport, Infrastructure, Regeneration and Nuclear. Our USP is the development, management and delivery of complex schemes with the greatest uncertainty requiring the highest level of control and leadership. We operate from inception to aftercare although our services will always be tailored to suit our client’s requirements. Established in 2004, we are a dedicated group of hand-picked individuals from Directors and Associates to Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors. All of the team have a strong construction, commercial management and contract administration background having previously held senior positions with Building and Civil Engineering Contractors or Management Organisations. We are independent and offer impartial advice. We are ISO, Constructionline and SSIP accredited and Corporate Members of the Association of Project Managers and reside on numerous Public Sector Frameworks. Based in Manchester, operating throughout the UK. Currently undertaking major projects in the North-West, Yorkshire, North-East, Midlands, South West, Wales & London. We understand that our clients and the people we work with require an adaptable approach to location and working arrangements and as such our team are used to, and equipped to work remotely or co-locate with clients and project teams.
