Cre8 Properties has been set up to provide the industry with a flexible service to anyone wishing to develop property, now during these more difficult times and in the future. We aim to provide a one stop solution to developers who need the flexibility of a consultant and the expertise of someone who can see a project through from conception to sale. With sound and varied experiences throughout different sectors, we can provide the skill set of both a Development Manager and Project Manager. In that way, if you come to us for help, we can assist in the sourcing of land and/or development opportunities, manage the initial appraisals, assist in the pre-acquisition due diligence works and aid the contract negotiations for purchase. Where we are different is that you can then continue with our employment in the knowledge that we have the capabilities to then see the project through the planning stages and if required the delivery of the construction and eventual sale.
