Cream 'N' Crust was started in 1991 with an aim to serve European pastries and desserts, that was missing in Surat at that time. It all started with one outlet in Parle Point. Today, Cream 'N' Crust has grown to 12 outlets across Surat with a range of products such as cakes, pastries, natural ice creams, cupcakes, tarts, mini desserts and snack items like rolls, puffs, croissants and other delicious treats.
In 2018, the portfolio grew even bigger with the addition of an ice cream truck and a café. The Cream 'N' Crust Café serves an array of savouries and unique desserts, and has been a hit among the residents of the city.
