At Create and Calm with Lisa, I teach the Zentangle® Method - a relaxing, mindful drawing technique that makes it easy to unwind, switch off, and feel proud of what you create. Whether you're curious about Zentangle, need a creative outlet that actually helps you slow down, or you're just craving a moment to yourself, I offer live and online sessions and a calming gratitude journal to guide you.
