Based in Amsterdam, Create Capital focuses on helping small and medium-sized companies headquartered in the Netherlands reach their full potential – not just through providing capital but also through sharing our operational experience. The companies we invest in show real growth potential, driven by buy & build, international expansion, organic growth and/or operational improvements. Our founders are the former CEO, Head of M&A and Global Head of Sales of Intertrust, a leading international financial and legal services provider. We’ve sat on both sides of the table: we know what it’s like to run a business and to work for private equity-backed companies. We’ve been there: our team has worked not only for leading private equity firms, but also for their portfolio companies. We know what it’s like to be private equity owned and how to achieve full potential. We’re not just about providing capital: between us, we have a broad experience in business operations. We bring that experience to our portfolio companies, supporting them on strategy, leadership, sales, finance, legal, tax, HR, M&A and other support functions. We have a strong focus on people: we’re experienced in building ambitious, talented teams full of people who are motivated to succeed.
