Create For Impact

Create for Impact is a club formed by like-minded students in the graduating batch of 2025. We are a social impact club that engages students in addressing social issues, promoting mental well-being, and fostering community. Through events, drives, and collaborations, CFI supports causes like mental health, community welfare, helping the underprivileged, and disaster relief, encouraging students to take action and create positive change. We aim to create a safe space for people and communities around us to grow, heal, and thrive. The club uses creative outlets and open forums to build a supportive, empathetic community. CFI has been dedicated to fostering community, well-being, and connection through a variety of initiatives. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we launched mental health awareness projects, including a survey to share students' stories, podcasts to bridge the gap between students and the MITID community, and creative activities like a virtual Diwali sweets-making session and stress-relief painting. CFI has also organized charitable events, such as a relief drive for the Manipur crisis and a fundraiser at Ganesh Utsav to make laddoos for those in need. Additionally, we facilitated spaces for open dialogue through “Coffee hai Kaafi hai” sessions, hosted a Secret Santa cookie stall, and engaged students in games during Foundation Day and Khel events. Through these efforts, CFI has worked to create a supportive, connected community both on and off campus.
