We CREATE stunning homes 🏠 CREATE has undergone some significant changes since its inception in 2012 by founder Ryan Malee. CREATE are a team of dedicated investment specialists who invest in and develop new build homes Focused predominantly in South Yorkshire and founded on the premise that business should be enjoyable as well as rewarding, CREATE exists to provide a transparent and energetic approach to developing property. We have extensive experience within the property sector and bring all this knowledge and know how to our clients at CREATE. Each member of CREATE brings with them their own unique skill sets which allow us to create high quality products for our clients and accommodation for our buyers and tenants. We actively search for organic sustainability and that includes reinvesting our own profits into the business to make sure that as a business we are protected from what life throws at us in the property world (pandemic anyone?!). In addition we work with key partners who have invested in us and what we produce, offering them consistently high returns whilst they are completely hands off.
