Some days, this means finding a way to integrate all the things we love in a way that honors, nourishes and celebrates all of them. Finding a rhythm. A melody. Wholehearted flow.
I work at the intersection of leadership and empowerment, counseling clients in the intentional pursuit of big dreams and the equally important – what gets in the way. I offer writing, speaking, coaching and consulting with expertise in authentic leadership, mindful living, integration, empowerment, transitions, goal-setting (aka “strategic daydreaming”), building strong teams and business partnership and bravely living into the life that calls to you.
Some Days began because I felt called to help people navigate the personal and professional challenges we face every day, overcome obstacles and feel empowered to live fully and bravely. Leveraging my own exploration of these things, as well as my experience and training, for the benefit of others.
