Create Calm

Create Calm is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing healthier, happier, and more connected communities through mindfulness-based behavioral health education. With over 30 years of experience in education, yoga and mindfulness instruction, and community development, our team strives to plant wellness tools in every community. Create Calm is particularly committed to supporting interactive experiential learning opportunities designed to strengthen connections and teach sustainable life skills to children and adults. We seek responsive solutions to the needs of the schools, organizations, and communities with whom we partner. All of our programs are designed in collaboration with school and community leaders to provide tailored program goals and objectives to best meet the needs of each specific community. Recognizing the importance of making yoga and mindfulness programs more easily accessible as a means of improving community health, Create Calm began operations in 2016 to raise awareness and funds in response to the critical need to provide practical and successful tools for greater mental, emotional, and physical health for both children and adults. Create Calm is dedicated to developing internal guidance systems for external fortitude through alertness, awareness, compassion, and consistency.
