About Create Conway
The Creative Institute of Central Arkansas is a nonprofit organization based in Conway, Arkansas. We envision an Arkansas recognized as a thriving creative hub that attracts and produces diverse, nationally competitive talent. Our mission is to equip creatives to flourish in Arkansas, with a focus on community events and improving the quality of place in Central Arkansas. Our signature event is Conway Art Walk, a monthly arts festival that transforms downtown Conway into a bustling entertainment district complete with live music, food trucks, interactive arts experiences, free activities for kids and families, and gallery showings. Conway Art Walk happens the first Friday of every month, 5-8 PM, March- November. We pause in May for the annual Toad Suck Daze.
