CREATETALENT, which was founded in 2011, provides global mentoring services for students and a platform for academic institutions and corporations to interact, and for the latter to attract and retain talent. Its mission is to connect the academic with the corporate world, make a positive difference for young talents and help enable them to achieve their highest potential through a professionally-supported one-to-one relationship with a mentor, and help them to become global citizens, too. In addition, CREATETALENT specifically helps young women to gain valuable experience for leadership positions, and is also committed to achieving excellence through diversity. CREATETALENT was a nominee for the Riviera Business Club’s Best Start-Up of the Year Award for 2013.
