Creatful CIC

We run creative workshops, with a blend of mindful, therapeutic activities and exercises that focus the mind and positively impact wellbeing. Creatful was born after founder Nancy found herself stuck between two NHS mental health services, not meeting the requirements to be treated by either. After being left with no choice but to fund her own treatment and finding a lack of a creative outlet throughout her journey, Nancy strived to create a safe space for people just like her. Whether you describe yourself as a creative person, or you just like arts and crafts, Creatful is a way to connect with like-minded people and practice creative mindfulness. Creatful is a social enterprise - that means whatever money we make from our workshops goes straight back into delivering more for the community.
