FIG Performance Consulting is a small Romanian consulting company specialized in providing its international customers with insight and guidance for expanding their business in Romania. Established in 2001 as a business consulting practice the company was capitalizing on our team’s more than 3 years (at the time) of consulting experience in fields like banking, manufacturing, food, microelectronics, oil & gas etc. IT became also a focus industry for us during the mid-2000′s as the Romanian IT market boomed. Due to our ability to understand and promote complex solutions, we raised the interest of international software solution companies that were looking to enter the Romanian market and so today we are able to offer an interesting range of top quality solutions for industries such as telecom and financial services.
