Sarah specialises in artistic cake sculpture. Her cakes have featured in various tv shows and in numerous ad campaigns. Some of her many corporate clients include Disney, Cadbury, MasterChef, Rio Tinto, Red Bull, Transurban, Acmi, Fed Square, Country Road, Bulgari, Mecca.
