At Creative Mentor Network, we believe in a future where there is no class ceiling in the UK's creative industries.
We focus on socioeconomic diversity, supporting young people aged 16-25 from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, whilst training people in the industry to be inclusive leaders to give them the tools to create more accessible spaces in the creative industry.
Our work reaches across the entire creative industry, from designers, writers, and film-makers, to strategists, project managers and finance teams.
Through our structured mentoring and training programmes, we see mentors support our community of young people by building their skills, networks and confidence.
Since 2014 we've matched over 2,000 mentoring pairs and worked with incredible partners like Sony Music, Amazon, Soho House, Digitas and Canon.
