Creative Mentorship / Kreativno mentorstvo

Creative Mentorship is the first mentorship program in Serbia that provides opportunities for personal and professional development of upcoming leaders working in the field of culture. It aims to promote mentorship as a way of lifelong learning and exchange of knowledge and experience between established and emerging professionals. Through our mentorship program we aim to build and inspire a community of open-minded, socially responsible and motivated individuals committed to developing society based on knowledge, culture and creativity. During each cycle of Creative Mentorship program 25 mentees will have the opportunity to work on their professional and personal development with a mentor chosen according to their needs, goals and challenges. The basis of the program are individual monthly meetings through which mentors support mentees in achieving their goals and give them a new perspective on their career plans and challenges. In order to increase participants’ knowledge and capacities related to mentoring and promote mentorship in the Serbian society, we have developed workshops, trainings, a toolkit and a website which serve as the know-how base. Important aspects of the program are formal and informal gatherings, which create the space for networking and cooperation among participants. Since the beginning of 2013, we are a Belgrade-based organization with three members of the team, working closely with the group who initiated and implemented the pilot program and the Advisory Board. The Creative Mentorship program 2017 / 2018 is financially supported by Medicon Company, Titan Cementara Kosjerić, Coca Cola Hellenic, Ministry of culture and information Republic of Serbia, Embassy of Sweden in Belgrade, French institute in Serbia, ERSTE bank. Partners of the program are the Gi Group HR Solutions (main educational partner), Mokrin House, Vizartis, Nova Iskra and many others.
