Creative Options, Inc. is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that began providing supportive services to Maryland citizens with disabilities in 1992. Our corporate office is located in the Rosedale area of Baltimore County at 9411 Philadelphia Road, Suite H, Rosedale, Maryland 21237.
The fundamental goal of all our services is to assist people with intellectual/developmental disabilities to live their lives to the fullest. The promotion of independence and dignity is core to all service deliveries. Our dedicated and professional staff are committed to providing opportunities for growth and empowering individuals to exercise control over their lives. Everything we do starts with the individual and his/her/their needs, wants and desires. Together, we develop an individual plan to support a lifestyle that fits the needs of the person.
Our services include Day and Vocational Support, Community Residential Support, Individual Support Services, Supported Employment, and Community Development Services. Many ancillary services include case management plan design, medication administration, transportation and social/recreational activities, behavioral support services and nursing support services.
