Creative Spaces

Creative Spaces connects artists and creative practitioners with spaces, promotes artists and their work, and provides an index of live and virtual events. The website is an initiative of the City of Melbourne’s Creative Spaces program. It was first launched in 2008 in partnership with the RMIT Design Research Institute and Creative Victoria. Since then, the website has built an enormous rapport within the creative community as the central location for listing and searching for creative spaces. In 2020, a highly improved and expanded website was launched with longstanding partner Creative Victoria.
