Creative + Talent + Partners has one single goal: help make good employees great. I work with advertising agencies and other creatively-minded companies to create training programs that create impact, foster growth, and incite behavior change in an uplifting way. I spent 20 years working in advertising, which gave me a strong foundation in agency operations, integrated production, creative management, recruiting and leadership development. My programs develop employees to their fullest potential and are best suited for companies filled with creative minds that are called to ideate and innovate on a regular basis. I believe the core responsibility of leaders is to develop the next generation and my deep passion for leading and teaching has become the foundation of all I do. I am a Certified John C. Maxwell Trainer, Speaker & Coach and my greatest strength lies in an ability to motivate talent toward a passionate and productive future.
