We machine MDF, plywood, plastics, wood, polystyrene, non-ferrous metals and other materials to sub-millimetre tolerances for customers working in a wide range of industries including signage, marine, construction, civil engineering, architecture, shopfitting, aerospace, media production and transport (to name a few). With three industrial CNC routers capable of machining materials up to 6.1m x 1.8m x 0.25m we can handle everything from prototypes and one-off projects to large-scale production runs. The largest items we've worked with weighed over 200kg and the smallest just 2.6g (but we made over 37,000 of them). We are experts in the design, machining and assembly of foam and MDF moulds for marine, civil engineering, construction and aerospace applications and highly experienced in the manufacture of mass timber construction components including nodes and corbels.
