The Creative Leadership Consultancy is a boutique leadership development house focusing on building traction and impact in organisations through new leadership practices. The Creative Leadership Consultancy is run as a partnership network of hand picked Associates. We bring many years of experience across multiple sectors in Leadership Development, Design Thinking and new work practices. We believe that for leaders to have traction and impact, they require a new set of leadership practices: the ability to deal with change fatigue, adapting their course in mid direction when required, robust engagement with their teams, a healthy curiosity and a playful approach to their work. We design innovative approaches to Leadership - from two hour interventions to custom-designed leadership programmes.
