The arts sector is full of so many incredible opportunities for emerging creatives. However, due to the relative lack of funding in the industry, institutions and organisations rely increasingly upon local authorities' programmes for volunteering and experience. Opportunities are often more informal compared to those in the worlds of engineering, technology and finance.
