The "Creativity for Innovation" project has the educational mission to encourage and foster individual creativity. Adopting Innovative thinking as a habit brings about a positive management experience, both in the working world as a more stimulating environment and in the personal world, stimulating the inherent desire to experiment with new solutions. The Creativity for Innovation methodology applied in a business context does not only provide for tangible improvements in the Operational, Product and Strategic level by stimulating innovation. It provides a basis through which every employee and manager go through a learning process that leaves the individual richer, not only in terms of the know-how gained, but also at the motivational level where they understand that even on their own they can bring positive change into the workplace, effectively transforming them into innovation evangelists. The Creativity for Innovation methodology is can be applied through the adoption of various intervention types coordinated by our Innovation Coaches. We provide solutions that range from intense 2/3 day workshops and team building weekends, to months long, low intensity programs based on the C4i methodology composed of exclusive learning modules.
