Creatnet Education (CE) is a collaborative network of leaders enabling this journey of transforming systems and institutions into learning organisations by creating spaces, frameworks and programs by facilitation learning. CE’s primary role is to support and assist educational institutions as a catalyst for change and facilitator empowering leadership within the institution. CE provides a systems thinking approach to develop a shared vision, set goals, plans and assessments that are aligned with strategy, processes and people for the organization to be effective. CE’s programs use the group learning model based on coaching. It is a curriculum of - asking questions, listening, creating a space of trust and authenticity, and synthesizing. Participants learn art of facilitating learning from and with each other.
CE has been facilitating both personal and professional learning and growth of Heads of Schools, teachers, educators, as well as social entrepreneurs, working in the school education sector in India. Since its inception in 2012, with its on-going programs across government schools in Delhi, CE has enabled Leaders (Principals and Teachers) to manifest their full potential as facilitators of education. CE had started its work with a handful of school in Delhi and within a span of just two years the program scaled up to 100 and then 800 and now the entire battery of 1024 Government Secondary schools is under the purview of this program.
