Working in partnership with legal & business affairs practice JL MEDIA, we advise on all pre-publication legal and regulatory compliance issues for filmmakers, independent production companies, podcasters, broadcasters/streamers, film festivals and digital clients, including specialist advice on editorial ethics, duty of care, hostile filming and crisis management. Founded by experienced media lawyers PRASH NAIK, EMILY BARBER and SOPHIE ARGENT who first worked together in Channel 4’s award winning legal department, where Prash was General Counsel. Between them, they have a wealth of specialist pre-publication experience, having advised and defended some of the most ground-breaking, challenging and innovative television and film content.
