CREDAI Ghaziabad is a City chapter of CREDAI NCR, came into being in November 2007 which was formed by 25 pioneering developers of the Raj Nagar Extension area. Today, there are 25 members of CREDAI Ghaziabad offering a combined supply of approx 35000 affordable dwelling units in various Group Housing projects. At present, about 16000 families are enjoying a comfortable living with all the standard and modern amenities.
CREDAI Ghaziabad has been instrumental in developing this area in close co-operation with Ghaziabad Development Authority. Since the entire area was free hold property, CREDAI Ghaziabad and GDA had to work together for setting up public facilities and utilities like road network, Electricity, Sewer line, Drainage and Greenery etc.
Raj Nagar Extension is located adjoining a 500 Acres of City Forest on the banks of Hindon River. RNE is well connected with Delhi, Meerut, Noida, Indirapuram and Trans Yamuna area. Elevated Road from U.P. Gate to RNE and the Metro upto New Bus Stand in Ghaziabad are going to be operational by the end of 2017. Proposed flyovers at Raj Nagar Extension crossing will ease the traffic congestion. The construction work has since been started.
