CREDAI SURAT

Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), Surat was established with the charter for policy advocacy in favor of housing and real estate. In this endeavor, CREDAI Surat & Credai Surat Youth Wing interacts with Government, Industry Stakeholders and Media. CREDAI promotes fair play and transparency in the business of real estate. In particular, to safeguard the interest of home buyers, the members of CREDAI Surat voluntarily adopt a ‘Code of Conduct’.CREDAI Surat is the prime knowledge sharing forum for latest industry data, technological advancements and industry benchmarks. CREDAI Surat has emerged as the preferred platform with regard to the national discourse on Housing and Habitat through strong networking with Government, Policy Makers, Investors, Financial Institutions and Real Estate Developers. This is reflected in its membership base comprising more than 800 members today across Surat District. The convening power of CREDAI Surat is mobilized to hold 3-4 conclaves and conferences annually that are attended by 200-300 decision makers of real estate and that serve as a platform for deliberation of policy. To facilitate the synthesis of CSR and Sustainability initiatives of CREDAI Surat Members across the country, CREDAI Surat has set up CREDAI Surat Youth Wing. The Youth Wing, supported initially through voluntary contributions of CREDAI Surat’s registered members, endeavours to carry out various missions in interest of the City, the State & the Nation.
