Credit Analysis Training

I am an experienced credit investor specializing in distressed credit, bankruptcy, special situations and credit opportunities as well as litigation and trade claims. As part of my passion for credit investing, I am offering a series of training seminars for those who wish to get a leg up in the distressed credit space. The first offering will be a half day credit seminar covering how to analyze capital and corporate structure, how to read and breakdown credit documents and covenant analysis. Building on this in the coming months I will be offering a series of seminars and webinars including Out of Court Restructuring and Exchange offers, Bankruptcy Process and Investing in Bankruptcy Securities, Distressed Investing, Capital Structure Arbitrage and Investing in Litigation and Trade Claims. Course formats can be customized for firms who want to host in-house training events and broken down into segmented modules, adapted to a Power Hour lunch or high-level discussion. In addition, specific Excel modeling training can be added covering Bankruptcy, Out of Court Restructuring and special situation credit analysis.
