Credit Factor is 50% owned by IBL Banca SpA, leader in the Italian market for the sale of the fifth, and 50% by Europa Factor SpA, financial intermediary registered in the 106 TUB register and one of the main players in the Italian market in the purchase and in the management of non-performing loans. Credit Factor aims to purchase without recourse portfolios of problematic and / or non-performing loans (NPLs) mainly of a banking-financial nature and without collateral (retail unsecured). In the Credit Factor management and recovery activity, it makes use of Europa Factor's twenty years of experience in the management of non-performing loans with a consolidated knowledge of credit protection, management and recovery services, both out of court and in court. Credit Factor can count, already at the end of 2020, on the availability of 35 Portfolios with a GBV of over € 694 million.
