I have found over my career as a sales leader, it is critical to recognize both as a hiring manager and a potential employee that there are many factors to consider that make it a great employee/employer partnership. My experience with Fortune 500 companies such as Oracle and Sun Microsystems, as well as SaaS companies like EthicsPoint and The Network that have led to successful acquisitions and growth. I have interviewed and hired or placed hundreds of sales people over my career and the key has been to understand the goals and culture of the organization and what they would consider a good fit, as well as the experience, motivation of the sales rep. At startup and mid-sized companies, it can be tricky to find the right candidate that understands the market you are going after and is able to get up to speed quickly. My focus is on technology companies and those technology firms with a compliance focus in the startup to mid market phase of your business. My expertise is helping find the best candidates to help kickoff or enhance your success and ultimately deliver on your growth and financial goals.
