The commercial product was released to the US market in 2019. So easy to use that a child can make it and a foodie can’t live without it, this innovative mix is the no hassle way to make fresh, luscious gelato & frozen desserts for your consumer. The Crema Lusso mix is gluten-free, made with non-GMO and organic ingredients, and is Kosher Certified. This novelty mix contains less sugar than most commercial ice creams and consists of only 9 simple, clean ingredients, including plant-derived thickeners. In 2020, Crema Lusso became available to the home consumer via a slightly redesigned, consumer-friendly formula, which enables even the home chef of any level of expertise, to bring the wonder of Italian ice cream to their family's table.
