CRES Advisors is a real estate company concentrating on development services for smaller family office clients. Based in Southern California, the firm conducts land use, planning, market studies, entitlements advisory, financial analysis and syndication or joint-venture formation services in addition to basic brokerage services within the development umbrella. We are different because we bring outside expertise to smaller family offices often undeserved due to their size. We take on the roles of Acquisitions, CFO and CEO for our smaller real estate family offices. We believe in business as Partnership. We believe in real estate as Placemaking.
