Crescent’s unique process supports families by consulting, sourcing and facilitating a well-rounded, individualized action and support plan in order to navigate the complex neurodiverse journey. We are here to listen and help you reach your goals—as a family and as individuals. Rather than focusing on just one aspect of support, such as therapy or education, we take a holistic approach that considers the needs of the whole individual and their family. Every family’s needs are different, so we take the time to get to know you and your family’s journey. We work closely with other professionals, such as therapists, educators, and caregivers, to create a comprehensive support plan. We also strive to empower neurodiverse individuals and their families to advocate for themselves and make informed decisions about their own care and support. Our approach is designed to be inclusive, respectful, and empowering for all involved.
