Our journey within engineering recruitment began in 2004 and each year since has confirmed our belief that employee retention starts with understanding, transparency and trust.

This allows us to present a detailed, warts-and-all, picture to our candidates so they can make an informed decision about a potential employer being a good match for their aspirations and lifestyle.
