Our primary purpose, as Residential REI professionals, is currently focused on Buy & Hold acquisitions of Single-Family Residential Homes. Generally utilizing lease option strategies (Rent-to-Own), we then work with consumer clients that are ready to commit to owning their own home. We work closely with other Real Estate professionals, lenders, JV investors, property management groups, and contractors to utilize a variety of different Investment techniques and Creative Financing strategies for both acquisition and disposition of sfr properties, creating real estate solutions together, that are unique to each individual buyer and seller and to what they are looking to accomplish with the property. That allows us to structure each individual deal in a manner that is custom tailored to provide solutions that will fulfill those needs. Hence, we strive to structure Win-Win-Win deals for all parties involved. We also broker Bulk REO & NPA packages between Lenders and Investment Groups.
