Crestview Capital Partners, LLC was formed with a focus on acquiring and building outpatient behavioral health clinics in the Midwestern United States. Crestview sought to acquire and expand these programs to address under-served markets, while increasing margins through operating synergies and untapped revenues in group therapies, ancillary services and revenue cycle management. Crestview acquired five businesses and grew from a single location to over eight locations across multiple states providing a full range of mental health, psychiatric and addiction treatment services. Crestview successfully exited in August of 2017 to a premier private equity firm. Investors in the first round received an ROI of roughly 40x.
