ESTABLISHED IN SYDNEY IN 2010 AND MELBOURNE IN 2011, CREW HAS GROWN TO MORE THAN 1800 MEMBERS.
CREW is an informal networking forum for women in senior compliance, risk and governance related roles within the Australian financial services sector, founded by Penni James, and now managed by Sarah Penn and the team at Mayflower Consulting.
CREW meets every few months - online plus in-person in Sydney and Melbourne to discuss current issues and topics, swap information and experiences, build networks and to have some fun.
We keep each topic broad enough to ensure that everyone will benefit, regardless of specialisation. We also aim to have a balance between technical risk and compliance topics and the 'softer' skills that are so important for a successful career.
