Crew Health is a division of Crew Community Health.
Crew Community Health is a 501c-3 non-profit organization that is dedicated to serving the community. We have an in-house team that provides both excellent medical care and case management to everyone, with a specific LGBTQ+ focus.
Our vision is to end HIV, disparity and discrimination in our community, especially in individuals who identify as LGBTQ+.
Our mission is simple - to provide the best patient Care. With an expert in-house team who will give you all the Resources you need, as well as show Empathy and understanding, to support your overall Wellness.
Our priorities are to provide free health care to all patients, as well as getting our HIV positive patients to an undetectable status by starting them on effective treatment as quickly as possible. We aim to educate our patients by discussing how to reduce your exposure to HIV by starting PrEP.
