Crew Pencil is a crew diary and booking service. An online platform for both crew & production companies to book and manage jobs. Subscribed crew create and manage their own profile page listing all relevant information regarding designation, rate, contact details, CV, gear, showreel, etc. Production companies are able to search and book crew – whereby crew are notified via email regarding any pencils and confirmations. By means of an efficient and solid messaging system and thread, crew communicate directly with production companies and manage their own diaries and invoicing.
