Creyo

Access Livelihoods was established in 2005 in Hyderabad, Telangana. It is a collective of social enterprises that, by choice, works with women and youth from marginalized communities to reimagine and transform their livelihoods. Under its two core missions, Operation Beehive and Web, Access Livelihoods is reimagining food and clothing value chains to be environmentally sustainable and socio-economically inclusive. Enterprises incubated under these missions offer comprehensive lifestyle solutions to conscious consumers through Creyo—a brand with a core idea of 'A world that works for everyone'. The journey to reimagine and transform began with Creyo Artisans. Under the Creyo brand, we offer a wide range of weaver and artisanal products created by producer enterprises in East Godavari, Narayanpet, and Srikakulam. These enterprises are supported by the Access Livelihoods Artisanal Foundation (Chitrika), an NGO based in Hyderabad, as part of the Access Livelihoods Group. Guided by our core vision of ‘collective gain,’ we believe in the strength of small artisan collectives, working together to ensure an equitable share across the value chain for the craft community, its service providers, and consumers. Creyo stands for an affordably priced, ‘zero-bleed’ range of vibrant colors and thoughtfully designed, high-quality products rooted in traditional techniques, yet offering just the twist you may be looking for! Each Creyo product is a labor of love and hard work, crafted by the weavers and their company staff—who are weavers themselves—from planning through to completion. In that sense, it is truly a ‘hand-heart-mind-crafted’ product! Creyo’s inclusive design approach allows a large number of artisans to adapt with existing skills or minimal training, gradually increasing their earnings. While gently pushing the ‘skill boundaries’ of the artisans, We present their traditional techniques and design repertoires through fresh, market-ready product interpretations.
