The CRI is a non-profit independent research group dedicated to studying the confluence of technology, art, and storytelling in an entrepreneurial setting. The institute undertakes contracts in filmmaking, high technology, drone operations, 3D printing, and the use of lasers in design, as well as production automation, remote production operations, and other applications of technology to the creative process. We fund creative fellows to pursue a wide range or artistic studies, and support a wide range of undergraduate praxis students pursuing high quality education in communication arts.
