Cricket Solar is Ontario’s Solar PV leader focused on Residential Solar PV Systems.
Cricket Solar has installed several hundred solar systems across Ontario. Our staff have extensive local and international experience in residential and commercial solar engineering, development, and financing. Our 60,000 sq. ft. corporate Headquarters and main logistics facility is based in Concord, Ontario. We employ over 100 in-house installers, and have 50 service trucks providing support to our operation, and ensuring quality monitoring and maintenance.
We provide custom solutions for small commercial buildings and clients looking for off-grid solutions to power their cottages or homes in remote locations. Our commercial division specializes in the development of rooftop solar projects larger than 100kW. To date, Cricket Solar has completed hundreds of MicroFIT installations across Ontario, systems ranging from 2kW to 10kW in size.
We have developed a 30 MW portfolio of commercial rooftop solar installations in the Province and have plans of expanding its portfolio to 100 MW over the next two years.
