Construction Research & Innovation Lab

The Construction Research and Innovation Lab (CRIL) focuses on all aspects of construction research and practice, including scheduling, bidding, legal affairs, dispute resolution, estimating, contracts, surveying, cultural preservation, and economic analysis. CRIL also provides comprehensive support to the industry including construction submittals management using platforms like RMS 3.0, Procore, and E-Builder; Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling; as-built documentation; bidding assistance; and advanced site analysis with laser scanning, aerial imaging, and drone inspections. By integrating innovative technologies and addressing challenges in areas such as contract management, regulatory compliance, and claims resolution, CRIL contributes to the advancement of sustainable, efficient, and culturally sensitive construction practices.
