Experience gained over the last twelve years in the ever-evolving fields of marketing and communications has equipped Cris with the skills required to excel in all roles – coupled with a proactive approach in adapting to new technologies and innovations. Key areas of expertise include strategy and management across multimillion-dollar budgets, detailed reporting to global teams, briefing and liaison with external suppliers and overseeing the work of direct reports internally. Strategy and planning has been an integral part of Cris’s success in roles with capabilities spanning publicity, advertising, marketing and digital to help achieve broader businesses objectives. Another key skill has been in the negotiation and leverage of targeted sponsorship agreements including West Tigers Rugby League, St. Kilda Football Club, Red Bull Racing Australia, DJR Team Penske, Holden Racing Team, Tickford Racing Australia, MW Motorsport, Tekno Autosports, Jack Le Brocq and the National Rugby League. As a manager and colleague, Cris prides himself on his ability to work back with both internal team members and external agency partners in fostering a collaborative work environment.
