The Story: What began in 2013 as a passion project in our founder’s kitchen has now grown into a retail and wholesale USDA manufacturing facility located right in the heart of Tower Grove South. The curated potsticker menu offers exciting new flavors from around the world alongside familiar favorites. Crispy Edge™ believes that potstickers are the perfect vehicle to explore authentic global flavors from breakfast to dessert: handheld, wrapped in dough, and CRISPY! Our restaurant features indoor and dog-friendly outdoor seating, a private dining room for fourteen, and a comfortable cafe lounge. Our space can accommodate fifty-five people and is available for private events. The full bar and hot beverage program highlight local specialty coffee, cocktails, and beer to compliment the fare. We source only the finest ingredients available and make all of our products in-house. We have dedicated years of research and development to bring the public the greatest variety of potstickers in the St. Louis region.
