About Critical Engagement CIC

Critical Engagement (CE) is an experiential learning methodology that develops critical thinking, incites personal engagement and fosters community bonds. CE designs and runs a range of programmes for dynamic organisations and educational settings on identity, diversity, social responsibility, inclusion and leadership. These programmes can take the form of 3 day intensives, 14 day summer programmes, as well as shorter half day sessions and professional development training for staff. Our programmes offer strong foundations for inclusive communities, creative collaborations and confident, constructive communication. To date, CE's international team of facilitators have engaged over 6’500 young adults with interdisciplinary journeys that explore the connections between personal, local and global perspectives. We have collaborated with different UWC colleges (located in Europe, South America and Asia), summer courses, charities and NGOs, and have an active network of facilitators around the globe.
