Critical Context

Critical Context is a non-profit, educational, and virtual operation with the vision of expanding Architectural conversations between students and educators in Indonesia. As the largest archipelago in the world, Indonesia is still an enigmatic ground waiting to be discovered and explored by its dwellers. Established by Architects and Educators David Hutama and Avianti Armand in 2017. Critical Context operates as a platform for architectural experimentation and discourse. Our non-profit and online-based organization uses Webinar, Skype, and Live group workshops to connect architectural educators and students across Indonesia in the pursuit of a continuous dialogue for the betterment of the local architectural pedagogy.
