We are a collective of independent consultants (members), collaborating for the benefit of our clients. Our members include leading experts who might have many years of experience and prefer working independently while enjoying the support of a larger organisation without the burden - politics, bureaucracy, internal pressures etc. Other members include people seeking part-time or casual work that will utilise their professions experience and skills. For these folks, the Croftglen provides meaningful, challenging and rewarding projects with great clients and colleagues. Some of our members are contractors, working on-site with clients. However they want to be part of a community for support, to learn from, and to be part of something bigger. They benefit from the collective intelligence and experience of the diverse community of experts. As a collective, we often join forces and respond to larger opportunities that require more capacity or specific skills or experiences, which is beyond what any individual can respond to alone.
