Founded in 2007, Cromarty is an award-winning men’s group committed to supporting and encouraging men of all ages. The smiley face logo is designed to encapsulate the values of compassion, community, humour, friendship, health and happiness. It embodies the spirit of Cromarty, radiating warmth, unity and positivity within our community. Through numerous social, sport and discussion events Cromarty focuses on friendship, mental wellbeing, happiness, health and to aspire to be who we needed when we were younger. Men’s groups are important for addressing the challenges that men often face while fostering personal growth, support, and connection. Cromarty provides a unique space where men can receive emotional support, challenge outdated norms, and work toward personal and collective growth. It helps foster healthier, happier men who are more connected to themselves and others.
