Cromwell E-beam solutions LLP. Has diversified its activities and set up high technology 3 MeV. 33mA electron beam accelerator along with modern and multi-tasking handling systems for irradiation of various types of Polymeric tubes/Pipes, Heat Shrink Products, food products, and Gemstones.
The Electron Beam irradiation Facility is located at Hojiwala industrial estate, Surat, Gujarat-394230. There is a vertically mounted 3 MeV, 33 mA, 99 kW Electron beam DC accelerator. The facility utilizes a single conveyers system to move the product in and out of the process chamber. Accelerator conveyors are controlled with Programmable Logic Control (PLC) software. The machine is supplied by NHV Corporation (JAPAN).
An atomic energy regulatory board (AERB) certified center of electron beam processing facility for polymer products and gemstones.
